Idris Fassasi is a London based writer, director, passionate about making films that are not only visually stimulating but have a strong emotional and human connection through the use of authentic, diverse, powerful casting and compelling storytelling.
Idris has worked in the film and TV industry, making commercials for sports brands and prominent news publications as well as working in film production and distribution at 20th Century Fox. His short films SHE and Resolve have been selected for BAFTA Qualifying festivals such as the London Short Film Festival and Aesthetica Short Film Festival.
Idris is part of the BFI Network X BAFTA crew talent program 2021 for up and coming feature filmmakers.
